Troy the plumber is skilled and competent. I went to this company after another tried to over quote me and take advantage of an already bad situation. "I was having drainage problems again with my old sewer lines backing up due to tree roots invading the old pipes. Robert and his team had helped me replace a line from my kitchen a couple of years ago, and I meant to contact them again. I accidently contacted Affordable Plumbing...Big mistake!! The techs they sent out were nice enough, however indicated they could replace the pipes using the "pipe bursting" method and could have me up and running in one day. The day they were supposed to arrive no one showed up as scheduled, then I had a call they had a equipment issue, however I had to make all the phone calls to their managers to find out what was going on. In the meantime I contacted Affordable Rooter and Robert responded immediately they could get my pipes replaced in a couple of days. He also honored a quote he had given to me a couple years earlier for the work. I immediately cancelled all work with Affordable Plumbing and committed to Robert. His team showed up as scheduled, performed the work as promised and did an outstanding job dealing with very rocky soil, huge boulders and some bitter temperatures. Once again Robert and his team completed this major project exactly as planned and with great friendly customer service. I will always recommend Affordable Rooter to everyone I know!"

"All the drains in my house (built in 1956) stopped running yesterday morning, so I called Affordable Rooter. Chad had an opening and was able to come out late afternoon. He explained what he was doing, what the potential problems might be, and worked for over an hour with a snake trying to get the drain cleared. As it turned out, the main drain had issues and he had to bring a camera to scope it today. He spent about 3 hours this here morning and has given me information about every step of the operation. He made sure that the drain was clear enough today so that I could flush toilets and run water. I'll need to have some major work done on Monday in order to avoid a recurrence of the issue or backup/flooding, but I'm grateful that Chad was able to get me up and running for the weekend. I received a detailed, itemized bill from Chad. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Chad and Affordable Rooter and highly recommend them!"
